She was educated in Switzerland and has over 20 years of experience in the dental profession. This includes 9 years as a certified dental assistant and 8 years as a dental hygienist. For the past 7 years Pascale specialized in the field of dental implants, both at a prestigious university in Boston and then at Straumann USA, Inc., a world leader in implant dentistry. Through her experience in private practice and higher education, she has gained the skills to resolve everyday challenges regarding the optimization of team efficiency. In the corporate world, Pascale developed and implemented training courses for Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists for Straumann USA. Pascale also served on the Education Curriculum Committee of the prestigious International Team of Oral Implantology (ITI). Pascale has presented and shared her learning concepts to numerous dental professionals in Europe and throughout the United States.
